Counsel for the petitioner states that respondent is not paying the school fees of the two children and petitioner has received a communication from the school, which shows that in case school fee is not paid by 6.1.2020 i.e today, the names of the children would struck off. Petitioner, who appears in person states that she would be requesting school authorities to enlarge the time for payment of fee of both the children. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has filed execution petition in this regard which is pending and listed for 6.3.2020.

It is also submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that petitioner would move an application for early hearing before the executing court so that at least fee of the school children is paid by the respondent.

Petitioner is granted liberty to move an application

before the executing court.

In case, such an application is moved, executing court shall look into the matter on urgent basis. 3.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of accordingly. Dasti.
