% 10.01.2017 Crl. M.A. No. 56/2017 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. W.P.(CRL) 10/2017 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his son is getting married on 17th January, 2017.
Wedding card has been annexed, which shows that sagai ceremony has to take place on 16th January, 2017, reception is to be held on 18th January, 2017 and marriage has to take place on 17th January, 2017. Status report has been filed, wherein it is stated that factum of marriage has been verified. To enable the petitioner to attend the marriage ceremony of his son, one week parole is granted to him from the date of his release,
subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent.
On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
