The present petition alleges unauthorised construction in property bearing House No.184-185, H-block, Old Seemapuri, Delhi. 2.
Issue notice.

Learned counsel, as aforesaid, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall be inspecting the property and if any unauthorised construction is found, it shall take the requisite steps to remove/demolish the same. The above statement is taken on record.

police authorities/the concerned SHO shall render full cooperation and assistance to the respondent.

The petitioner is also at liberty to approach Special Task Force (STF) constituted by the Supreme Court vide orders dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018 in W.P.(C) 4677/1985 [M.C. Mehta v. Union of India & Ors.]. It has been held by the Division Bench of this Court in Devender v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors. [order dated 20.09.2018 in W.P.(C) 1807/2018 and connected matters], that it shall be open for any aggrieved person to give complaints to STF for the purpose of taking requisite action against any unauthorised construction.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent and with the above liberty to the petitioner, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of.
