The appellant/wife is aggrieved by an order dated 27.11.2019, passed by the Family Court dismissing an application moved by her under Order XII Rule 6 CPC praying inter alia for passing a judgment on the basis of the purported admissions made by the respondent/husband during his cross examination.

After addressing arguments at some length, learned counsel for the appellant/wife seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal. 3.
