The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.598/2015 registered under Section 420 IPC at PS Jagat Puri. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Main allegations are against Narender @ Bittu, who has already been arrested. The victim had run away from her home along with him. The complainant merely alleged petitioner's involvement in the conspiracy and she allegedly helped co-accused Narender @ Bittu to take her to Jaipur on 29.09.2015. BAIL APPLN. 62/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, she be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. She shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
