Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the preliminary objections raised by the Respondent No.1 that the Petitioners are workmen under Section 2(s) of the Industrial Disputes Act and the relief of regularization is covered under the definition of the Industrial Disputes Act under Section 2(k) of the ID Act. 2.

The petition is thus disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse to the statutory remedy under the Industrial Disputes Act.
