Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the present petition has become infructuous. He submits that the present petition was filed with a prayer for directions to respondent no. 1 to stop further filling of forms regarding Mahila Samman Yojna by the workers of respondent no. 2. 4.

He submits that before the elections, when the Model Code of Conduct came into force, the said scheme of Mahila Samman Yojna, was discontinued.
