This petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for a relief that the respondents be directed to dispose of and respond to the legal notice dated 14.03.2024, addressed on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Keeping in view the limited relief claimed in this writ petition, and also that the petitioner should, in any case, be informed if the grievance raised by the petitioner has any merit or not, we direct the respondents to consider the legal notice dated 14.03.2024 as a representation of the petitioner, and to respond to the same within a period of eight weeks from today.
