The petitioner seeks grant of first financial upgradation under the Assured Career Progression Scheme issued by the Department of Personnel Training, Government of India on 09.08.1999. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that her employer, being the respondent No.1 - School, has already submitted the petitioner's case to the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi ["DoE"]. The petitioner has also made several representations to the School and DoE for a decision on her representation. She submits that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage with a time bound direction for consideration and disposal of her representation by DoE. 2.
