The learned counsel for the applicant submits that Mediation has failed. He submits that the applicant was willing to give a sum of ₹10 lakh in order to buy a peace. However, the complainant has been demanding large amount of money. 2.

He submits that he will take instructions from the applicant on the deposit of ₹10 lakhs before the learned Trial Court. 3.
