In W.P.(CRL) 32/2023, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner herein has been released on bail by the Supreme Court vide order dated 5th September, 2023 passed in SLP (Crl.) State of NCT of Delhi. Accordingly, he submits that this petition no longer survives.

The Court has perused the said order of the Supreme Court granting bail. The same reads as under:

Leave granted.

During the pendency of this appeal, the appellant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 194/2013, subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court" 4.
In view of the above order, W.P.(CRL) 32/2023 is disposed of as infructuous. However, ld. Counsel, Mr. Shiv Chopra, is permitted to assist the Court on the larger legal issues under consideration in the connected batch matters.
