By virtue of the present application, the applicant seeks clarification of the order dated 10.02.2026.

For the reasons stated in the present application as also the factum that the interim bail has actually been granted to the applicant for a period of four weeks as specified at numerous places in the order dated 10.02.2026 and, inadvertently two weeks has been wrongly mentioned in paragraph no.10. (viii) in lieu of four weeks. 3.

In view thereof, paragraph no.10. (viii) is modified and shall henceforth will be read as under:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 24/02/2026 at 11:59:24

(viii) Upon expiry of the four weeks period of interim bail, the applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent by or before 12:00 PM on the date of expiry of four weeks from the date of release.= (Emphasis Supplied) 4.

Needless to say, the present order shall form a part of and be read in consonance with the order dated 10.02.2026.
