Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits at the very outset that the petitioner be granted time to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of quarter No. 584, Laxmi Bai Nagar up to 31st March, 2018 and in that event, the petitioner would not press this petition. Let an undertaking of the petitioner be filed within one week from today. 3.
Subject to the aforesaid undertaking being filed within one week, the respondents shall withhold any coercive action to dispossess the petitioner
till 31st March, 2018.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. The petitioner shall remain bound by the statement made before this Court today. In the event of the failure of the petitioner to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject quarter on or before 31st March, 2018, the respondents would be entitled to take over the possession from the petitioner and also initiate appropriate legal proceedings against the petitioner for violation of the undertaking given to this Court. The petitioner shall also clear the outstanding dues in respect of subject quarter up to 31st March, 2018.
