CRL.REV.P. 21/2017 & Crl.M.A.395/2017 (Stay) Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction from ASI Jai Bhagwan PS Pandav Nagar, submits that permission to arrest has been granted by the ACP. She further submits that the statement to this effect made in court be treated as notice to the petitioner. It is further submitted that in terms of the trial court order, no arrest would be made for five days. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he will approach the trial court seeking anticipatory bail. He seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

Disposed of as withdrawn. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
