% 16.01.2020 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 29 (A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of six months w.e.f November 25, 2019.

Leaned counsel appearing for the respondent has given his consent for the same.

Accordingly, the period for the learned Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months effective from November 25, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
