The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal which expired on 31.12.2025. 2.

The notice was issued by this Court vide order dated 27.01.2026. 3.

Mr. Ankur Bansal, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent. He submits that he has no objection in case the petition is allowed.

I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, the mandate of the tribunal is further extended for 90 days from today to publish the award.

The petition is disposed of.
