This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking writ of Habeas Corpus for production of the wife of petitioner as also their two minor children. 2.

Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, the wife of the petitioner has appeared along with the children. She submits that she does not wish to stay with the petitioner due to matrimonial disputes. 3.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are required in this petition. The same is, therefore, disposed of.
