The present petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with the alleged unauthorised construction being carried out by the respondent nos.2 to 5 in the following properties: "(i)Property No. ie. A-12A&B, Street No. 29 Chattarpur Enclave Phase-2 NewDelhi-110074, (ii) Property No.A-63, Street No. 32 Chattarpur Enclave Phase-2 New Delhi-110074, (iii) Property No.-A-272 Street No. 25 Chattarpur Enclave Phase-2 New Delhi-74, (iv) Property No. A-368 Chattrpur Enclave Phase-2 New Delhi-110074." 2.

NCT of Delhi and Ors. [judgment dated 20.09.2018 passed in W.P.(C) 1807/2018], a complaint alleging unauthorized construction can be made to the 15 member Special Task Force, constituted by the Supreme Court vide order dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018 in W.P.(C) 4877/1985. 3.

In the present case, the petitioner is stated to have already made a representation before the Special Task Force. Needless to say, appropriate action shall be taken by the Special Task Force on the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1, who appears on advance notice also submits that appropriate action, as may be warranted, shall be taken by the respondent no.1 qua the alleged unauthorized construction referred to in the petition. The said statement is taken on record. 5.

Accordingly, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
