By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents not to call, harass or compel the Petitioner to visit the police station without due process of law;
b) Restrain the Respondents from declaring or treating the Petitioner as a "Bad Character (BC)" without following lawful procedure and without any judicial order; c) Protect the life, liberty, dignity and reputation of the Petitioner as guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India;
d) Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.

As such, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
