The present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking setting aside of the order dated 08.12.2025 (hereinafter 'impugned order'), passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 924/2025.

The learned counsel representing the Petitioners submits that the interim stay against holding of DPC meeting has been vacated by the Tribunal and the Respondents have been permitted to proceed with promotions under the impugned recruitment rules, which will affect the case of the Petitioners.

This Court has considered the said submission. 4.
Pertinently, the O.A. filed by the Petitioners is listed on 20.01.2026 before the learned Tribunal for further consideration. Moreover, if any promotion is made during the pendency of the O.A., the same shall be subject to the final decision which will be taken in the O.A.

Hence, at this stage, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
