% 23.04.2024 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 07.11.2023 of the Hon'ble Court to accept the affidavit-cum-undertaking by R-1 with respect to refund of the amount in the event that the Impugned Award is subsequently set aside and to release the deposited amount in terms of the Impugned Award, along with applicable interest, in favour of Respondent No. 1.

Original affidavit-cum-undertaking has already been filed. R-1 is present in Court. To support his identity, he has produced his Aadhar Card which is seen and returned.

Report from the registry has already been received. The same is perused.
