O R D E R

% 06.01.2017 The order impugned before this Court is the order passed by the ATMCD dated 22.12.2016. The petitioner is aggrieved. His submission is that without hearing him, an order of sealing qua his property has been passed.

On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondents has put in appearance. His submission is that this is an appealable order under Section 347-B of the DMC Act.

This petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has also received a vacation notice issued by the Department dated 30.12.2016 under Section 349 of the DMC Act. He seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum. This liberty is also granted to the

petitioner.

With these directions, petition disposed of.
