The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to stop and demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction being raised by respondent no.3. 2.
Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2. 4.
Ms. Prabhsahay Kaur appearing for respondent no.2/STF submits that the complaint was filed with respondent no.2 on 29th December, 2025 and the complaint has been duly registered. The complaint has been forwarded to respondent no.1 for appropriate action on 6th January, 2026. 5.

has been actioned and all these details are available on web portal of respondent no.2. She submits that since the complaint has been filed only on 29th December, 2025, the present writ petition is premature. 6.
Counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the property in question has been inspected on 7th January, 2026 and the property has been booked. Necessary communication has also been sent to the concerned SHO of the area. Respondent no.3 has been called for personal hearing on 16th January, 2026.

In light of the aforesaid submissions, no orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the petition along with the pending application is disposed of.
