In the affidavit placed on record by respondent no.1, it has been specifically averred that the petitioner is vending in Sarojini Nagar Area. 2.

Once the name of petitioner is included in the survey and petitioner's name is noticed at serial no.389 in the list of 628 street vendors, the case of petitioner that petitioner should be permitted to peacefully vend is conceded by respondents.
