CONT.CAS(C) 4/2017 The present contempt petitioner has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 19th October, 2016. It is averred in the contempt petition that after the accreditation was granted to the QCI, the meeting of affiliation under the DGT was held on 15th December, 2016. It is also stated that the file concerned either has not been sent by the QCI to DGT or DGT has not considered the case of the petitioner for affiliation on 15th December, 2016. Mr.C.M.Goyal, who appears for respondent nos.1 to 3 states that the case of the petitioner was considered on 15th December, 2016 for affiliation and the same has been granted.
In view of the statement of Mr.C.M.Goyal, Mr.Sanjay Sharawat, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present contempt petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J JANUARY 04, 2017 RN
