We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.
The learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant confines his prayer for making an observation to the effect that in case the Appellant moves any fresh Application in future seeking permission to travel abroad or for any other interim relief in the pending Writ Petition, being W.P.(C) No.18569/2025 ("Writ Petition"), the order dated 02.01.2026 ("Impugned Order") shall not come in the way of adjudication of such an Application. 3.
The learned Counsel for the Respondents does not have any objection to the said prayer being allowed.

Accordingly, the present Appeal is disposed of with the observation that in case the Appellant moves an Application seeking interim relief or permission to go abroad in future, the observations made in the impugned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. order passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition shall not come in the way of considering the said Application.
