% 17.02.2025 Pursuant to last order dated 10.01.2025, Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has handed-up a copy of Status Report dated 14.02.2025. The same is taken on record. Mr. Tanmaya Mehta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs the court that pursuant to the interim protective order granted by this court vide order dated 10.01.2025, the petitioner has approached the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi, and vide order dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P.(Cr.) No. 83/2025, the petitioner has been granted an interim protective order till 05.03.2025, the next date in those proceedings. A copy of order dated 05.02.2025 has been handed-up and the same is taken on record.
