Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties before the Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 22.12.2023, a copy of which has been placed on record. The Settlement Agreement records that respondent has agreed to withdraw the complaint case filed by it being CC. No. 5867/2021 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act which is pending before Ld. M.M., Saket Court, New Delhi. 2.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with liberty to revive the petition in case the respondent fails to act in terms of the settlement agreement. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
