The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking early hearing of the present petition. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition along with present application on the ground that the present petitioner has already surrendered himself before the Jail Authorities, and resultantly, the present petition has become infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition along with the present application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. 3.

The next date of hearing in W.P.(CRL) 53/2026 i.e., 09.03.2026 stands cancelled.
