% 29.01.2016 W.P.(C) 510/2016 & CM No.2116/2016(interim direction) In this writ petition, essentially two issues were raised; one was that the tenders by the CPWD should be under the e-tender process and the second issue was that the bidders were required to have a Haryana Value Added Tax Registration. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that it is not mandatory to have tenders under the e-tender process. He further states that since the work has to be done in Faridabad and the same falls within the State of Haryana, the Haryana Vat Registration is required. The responses given by the learned counsel for the respondents are adequate and completely answer the issues raised by the petitioner. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
