It has, however, been informed that the matter has been amicably settled and in terms of the settlement, even the possession of the suit premises has been handed over to the plaintiffs. It has also been divulged that even the suit in question has been disposed of by the learned Trial Court.

In view of the abovesaid development, nothing survives in the abovesaid two petitions and rather these two petitions have become infructuous.

Both these petitions stand disposed of accordingly. 5.

Pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
