Criminal Leave Petition under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, against the Judgment and Order dated 05.07.2018 passed in Complaint No. 45-1-12 (2813/01/14) by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka Courts, Police Station Dwarka South for the offence under Section 500 IPC whereby the Accused in the Complaint filed by the Petitioner, has been acquitted. Hence, the Leave to Appeal is sought.
