Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The Court has perused the minutes of arbitral proceedings dated 17.12.2024 recorded by the learned sole arbitrator, which reads as under:- "Minutes of Arbitral Tribunal held on December 17th 2024 at 04:00 PM Physical hearing C block Defence Colony.

1. Fresh application has been filed by the Respondent seeking production of bank statement in support of Ex CW1/C-2. Time is sought to go through the application. Further arguments have been addressed by counsel for the Respondent who seeks further time to address the remaining arguments.

2. The following two dates are fixed, i.e., 30.01.2025 at 02:00 PM and 01.02.2025 at 05:30 PM, physical hearing at the same venue. The venue shall be booked by the Respondent.

5. Time is also sought by counsel for the Respondent to file written submissions issue wise."

In view of the joint request made by the parties, the mandate of learned sole arbitrator stands extended for a period of one year from 05.12.2024.
