This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for appointment of an Arbitrator. 2.
None is appearing on behalf of the Respondents, although they have been duly served.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to an agreement dated 29.12.2009. It is stated that the dispute have arisen between the parties in relation to the said agreement and the same are liable to be resolved by arbitration in terms of the clause No.8 of the agreement, which reads as under:- "That in case of any dispute between the parties the same shall be referred to the Arbitrator duly appointed by the courts, having jurisdiction at Delhi as both the parties are having their offices at Delhi and this agreement has been executed at Delhi and the decision of the said Arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both the parties."

In the circumstances, the petition is allowed. Mr.Neeraj Chaudhari Advocate, Enrolment No.D/121/1996(R) (Mobile No.9811198023) is hereby appointed arbitrator for the adjudication of the disputes between the parties to the said agreement. The fees of the arbitrator shall be fixed as per Schedule IV of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
