BAIL APPLN. 76/2025 4.

The present application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (Old Section 438 Cr.P.C.) read with Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (Old Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 529/2024 under Section 376 of the IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act, registered at P.S. Dwarka North, Delhi.

shows that an application seeking anticipatory bail was withdrawn by the applicant with liberty to file a fresh application. 6.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to move before the learned Sessions Court. On such an application being moved, the learned Session Court will decide the matter in accordance with law. 7.
