Petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing of FIR No.374/2020 dated 31.12.2020, under Section 498A/406/354/34 IPC, P.S.Sarojini Nagar.

It is submitted that the parties have arrived at a mediated Settlement dated 31.01.2022.
