After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with a direction to the Trial Court that the application for the interim maintenance by the Trial Court may be disposed of on the next date, passing a detailed order, after dealing with all the submissions of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the interim maintenance application on the next date of hearing, which is

stated to be 29.1.2019. The interim maintenance @ Rs.25,000/- per month granted vide impugned order dated 30.11.2018 shall be adjusted from the interim maintenance, if any, granted while disposing of the application for interim maintenance. CHANDER SHEKHAR, J JANUARY 08, 2019 tp
