Mr. Endlaw, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that both the parties have come to an amicable settlement and a Settlement Deed/MOU dated 16.07.2025 has been executed between the parties and in terms of the said MOU, respondents have no objection to the quashing of the present petition.

Learned APP states that in the main petition, petitioners have sought quashing on merits and not on the basis of settlement. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition. 4.

Statement made by the learned counsel is taken on record and the petition bearing CRL. MC No. 161/2024 is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.
