% 12.01.2018 It is submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent no. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 admits that matter has been settled with the petitioner, inasmuch as settled amount has been received.

Counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that respondent no. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.1376/2015 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act (Amend), 2003 registered at

Police Station Mehrauli and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
