% 06.02.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the officials of the respondent not to demolish the house bearing No. A-12, Shiv Garden, Sadatpur, Village Karawal Nagar, Main Bhajanpura Karawal Nagar Road, Delhi.

The respondent-EDMC has filed a status report in court which is taken on record. As per the status report, it is stated that there is no proposal to demolish the house/office which belongs to the petitioner-Smt. Amita Mishra.

Taking the above report on record and binding the respondent to the same, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
