This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions contends that though there is no serious objection in extending the mandate but the right is reserved to pursue the pending writ petition where the grievance of the respondent is qua the determination of the arbitral fee. 3.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by twelve months from today as prayed for. The intervening period is regularized.

This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
