% 17.02.2020 The parties have amicably resolved their disputes. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 07th February, 2020.

Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over the copy of the settlement deed dated 07th February, 2020 and the documents executed along with the said settlement deed. The same are taken on record and marked as Ex.C1. This petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement deed dated 07th February, 2020 and other documents executed between the parties. Both the parties shall remain bound by the settlement. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
