% 29.01.2020 BAIL APPLN. 3230/2019 Factum of medical condition of the wife of the applicant/accused has been found to be correct. Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court for a period of four weeks from 01.02.2020 to 29.02.2020. On 01.03.2020 he shall surrender before the concerned Jail on or before 5:00 PM. On every Saturday, he will report to the concerned Police Station between 4-5 PM.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
