O R D E R

% 09.01.2020 The present habeas corpus petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, prays as follows: "To issue a writ of habeas corpus thereby directing the respondents to produce Pallavi Pandey who is illegally confined/detained by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 before this Hon'ble Court and after hearing her she be handed over to the petitioner".

In view of the circumstance that, Mrs. Pallavi Pandey, the 22

year old estranged wife of Mr. Raja, the petitioner, is present in person before this Court and has expressed her free will to reside at her parental home at this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has instructions from the latter not to press this habeas corpus petition, any further.

In view of the foregoing, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

Pending application stands disposed of.
