This is an application for early hearing.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. 3.

The petition is taken up for early hearing.

The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0750/2019, under Sections 498A/34 of the IPC registered with PS Bindapur and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 5.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners state that the aforesaid FIR is without any basis and has been filed only as a counter blast. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 states that the matter is under investigation and a final report had not been filed, as yet. 6.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners

seek to withdraw the present petition while reserving the rights to urge all contentions as raised in the present petition before the appropriate court. 7.
