Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that all disputes between the parties have been settled in accordance with mediated settlement. He prays that plaintiffs be allowed to withdraw the present suit. Consequently, present application is allowed and the suit is disposed of as withdrawn. Since issues in the present case have already been framed, Registry is directed to issue to the plaintiff no. 2 a certificate authorizing her to receive back from the Collector half amount of the Court fee paid by her in the present suit.
