BAIL APPLN. 3112/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner/applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 1 month to perform last rites of his mother who has expired on 08.12.2019 in FIR No.495/2017 dated 16.09.2017 for the offences punishable under sections 384/389/411/120B/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh, Delhi.

The factum of the death of the mother of the petitioner is not disputed

by learned APP.

Therefore, I hereby direct that the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall be released on 19.12.2019 and shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on or before 23.12.2019 at 05:00 pm.

The Trial Court is directed to accept the personal bond of the petitioner today itself. However, the Jail Superintendent is directed to release the petitioner on 19.12.2019 till 08:00 am. The application is allowed and disposed of.
