Mr. Chitkara, learned counsel appears for the judgment debtor Nos. 3 and 4 and states that whatever procedural requirements are to be done for transfer of shares of the judgment debtor Nos. 3 and 4 in favour of the decree-holder and Mr. Anil Seth, Mr. Vishal Seth and Mr. Vikas Seth shall be complied with within 2 weeks from today. 2.

If required, the judgment debtor Nos. 3 and 4 shall visit the offices / residences of the aforesaid three persons for completing the necessary formalities.

On execution of the documents, the judgment debtor No.1 shall pay the necessary share of the judgment debtor No.1 as well as the share of Mr. S.R. Seth to the decree-holder within 2 weeks thereafter. 4.
