% 26.02.2016 Hon'ble the Chief Justice has directed registration of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to examine the issue being dealt with in the present case. Learned counsel for the respondent has tendered in Court the order dated 10.02.2016 passed by DB-I in this regard, which is taken on record. The present matter, on merits, stands concluded. However, in compliance of the earlier direction dated 22.01.2016, several reports have been received from the District Courts and Principal Judges of the Family Courts with regard to their experience of working the arrangement directed by this Court in its order dated 09.12.2015. It would be appropriate that the said reports are placed before the Division Bench dealing with the aforesaid PIL, which is W.P.(C.) No.1121/2016.

Learned counsel for the respondent informs that the said PIL is listed today itself before DB-VI. Accordingly, let the said reports be sent to the

DB-VI today itself.

Nothing further survives in the present petition, which stands disposed of.
