Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and submits that demolition action was taken on 27.01.2025. 2.

During course of the arguments, an action taken report along with copies of photographs has been shown to the Court and, a copy thereof, has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Let the above said action taken report along with copies of photographs be filed with the Registry, today itself. 4.

Needless to say, as and when, any further demolition action with respect to the property in question is proposed, it is expected that MCD shall send advance communication in this regard to the petitioner herein also.

In view of the above, the present application seeking revival of the contempt petition does not call for any further interference. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
